As the Per Diem Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminders Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs

Required Qualifications

• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit
• Preferred
• Qualification: 6+ months of home care experience Current CPR certification or the ability to attain within 90 days or hire Proven ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client Ability to work flexible hours and independently
