The Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (MA) works under the supervision of leadership. The MA provides a wide range of assistive services to promote patient flow, patient information gathering and patient care in the clinic setting. Performs patient access duties i.e. patient check in and appointment setting for the Provider's office to support patient care delivery and follow up. All medical tasks will be performed per the direction of the clinic nurse or Provider.
Candidates must be a Certified or Registered Medical Assistant with strong fine motor skills and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Essential requirements include proficiency in medical terminology and the physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
