The Nurse Practitioner autonomously and collaboratively treats and manages patient health problems across various settings. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive assessments, developing care plans, and providing clinical leadership.
Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree as a Nurse Practitioner and current NP certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a primary care setting is required.
Practices autonomously and in collaboration with other health care professionals to treat and manage patient's health problems and serve in various settings as researchers, consultants, and patient advocates for individuals, families, groups, and communities. Performs comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and manages illness and disease. Performs other duties as assigned.
