• The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (VSP) provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions.
• Prescribes medication, examines patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provides treatment.

• What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.

• Augusta, GA Minimum availability 3 days per week- Monday-Friday Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Georgia and South Carolina.
• At least 1 year of Primary Care experience Basic computer proficiency (EMR, email, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Masters in Science of Nursing /PA Experience in value-based care, primary care or Medicare Advantage settings. Familiarity with HEDIS quality indicators and Medicare guidelines. Active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or ability to obtain DEA license and/or Medicaid and Medicare numbers

Scheduled Weekly Hours 1 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
