Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensed in the State of Illinois Nursing Experience in a Long-Term Care facility, preferable a Mental Health faciity Able to work independently High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders Wilson Care is a 24/7 facility dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals affected by chronic psychiatric disorders.
