• What the job looks like Visits range from 10 to 12 hours, days or awake overnights.
• You will work with clients across Baltimore and surrounding communities including Towson, Timonium, Catonsville, and nearby neighborhoods, primarily in senior living communities and private homes.
• You will build lasting relationships with a consistent group of clients over time.

• You communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and our team.
• You are dependable, flexible about scheduling, and you show up for every client the way you would want someone to show up for the people you love most.
• You will be proud of the caregivers you work alongside.
• What we need from you CNA, CMT, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, days or awake overnights.
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
