Responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients with cardiac or pulmonary disorders, specifically floating between the NICU and general floors. The role involves managing complex ventilator systems and implementing care plans based on clinical data analysis.
Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) through the NBRC and licensed as an RCP in Missouri. NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications are required within one year, with ACLS and PALS preferred.

Full-time (36 hours per week) What You'll Do Responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients with Cardiac or Pulmonary disorders. Obtains, analyzes and correlates patient clinical data and makes recommendations and / or implements care plan. Manages complex patient / ventilator systems within protocol guidelines. Anticipates crises and complications and performs or recommends appropriate interventions. Works independently within departmental guidelines. This position will float between NICU and the floor. Requirements Currently registered as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) though the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). Licensed as an RCP in Missouri. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider within 365 days. S.T.A.B.L.E. Learner within 365 days. Preferred Requirements Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification . PALS Provider.
