Provide and direct all aspects of quality patient care, including evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation. Supervise assistants and students while advocating for patients and participating in quality assurance activities.
Must be a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy curriculum and hold a valid license to practice in Oregon. Requires CPR certification and working knowledge of Medicare and resident rights.

Actively participates in quality assurance and customer service activities.
