About the Role

• The Charge Nurse plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within the Health Care Services industry.
• This position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patients' comfort, safety, and well-being.
• The LVN/RN will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures, contributing to effective treatment plans.
• This role requires compassionate communication with patients and their families, fostering a supportive and informative environment.
• Ultimately, the LVN helps maintain the smooth operation of healthcare services by collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid and current LVN or RN license in TX.
• Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
