Manage and provide comprehensive care for critically ill neonates in a Level IV NICU under the supervision of an attending neonatologist. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, initiating interventions in the delivery room, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Requires a current unrestricted license to practice in Delaware and certification as either a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. BLS and NRP certifications are mandatory, with a preference for at least 2 years of neonatal experience.
