Responsible for assisting providers in delivering orthopedic care by applying, adjusting, and removing casts, splints, and immobilization devices. Additionally, the role involves managing product inventory, documenting patient records, and providing pre- and post-operative instructions.
Requires a current ROT, OTC, or ATC certification, or the ability to obtain one within six months, along with a current BLS certification. Candidates must have knowledge of medical terminology and at least one year of experience in a hospital or physician practice environment.
