Surgical Technologist Assist as a member of the surgical team who works with the surgeon, registered nurse, and anesthesiologist delivering direct patient care before, during and after surgery. The technologist functions as an instrument assistant and may also function as a circulating assistant under supervision of a registered nurse.
Graduate of a recognized surgical technologist program or Certified Surgical Technologist with less than one-year experience.
