Key Responsibilities: Provide assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

Administer medication reminders and monitor clients' health status.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments as required.
Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions promptly.

Previous caregiving experience preferred.
Active California Home Care Aide registration required.
