Provides age-specific pharmaceutical care and clinical services within assigned patient care areas. Manages medication orders, prepares sterile products, and contributes to departmental quality assurance and goals.
Requires a Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree and a valid state pharmacy license. Preferred qualifications include one year of hospital experience and BLS/ACLS certification.
Provides age-specific pharmaceutical care and basic clinical services for assigned patient care areas. Contributes to goals, programs, QA, PI and other activities for their unit/department/hospital. Performs other duties as assigned.
