Locations
Case Managers handle the entire case management process, including assessment, planning, and monitoring for individuals with developmental disabilities. They develop Individual Program Plans (IPP/IFSP) and advocate for consumers to ensure they receive necessary legal rights and benefits.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field. A valid driver's license, automobile, and experience working with developmentally disabled populations are required.
