The primary responsibility involves setting up and assisting physicians in performing various special studies, including interventional procedures, which requires sterile technique and digital imaging processing. Essential functions include assisting physicians with procedures, performing patient care duties, preparing sterile environments, and operating medical devices.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and hold ARRT(R) certification, with ARRT(VI) or ARRT(CV) being preferred. A minimum of one year of radiological technologist experience is required, preferably in an IR or Cardiology lab.
