Opportunity Information Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hepatology team in San Francisco, California. Full-time position, outpatient-based Collaborative care model working closely with hepatologists, gastroenterologists, and transplant specialists Responsibilities include patient evaluation and management, pre- and post-transplant care coordination, and ongoing chronic liver disease management Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and program development within a growing specialty service line Monday–Friday schedule with shared call responsibilities as needed
