Provide integrated behavioral health services within primary care and pediatric clinics using PCBH and CoCM models. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and nurses to deliver whole-person care and psychiatric treatment.
Requires a Master's degree in Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work and a valid Washington state license (LMFT, MHC, or LICSW). Some roles require 2 years of related field experience.
1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. Additional experience in substance use treatment setting. Marriage and Family Therapist License
Min: $37.04, Max: $57.51 Licensed Professional Counselor Required Qualifications: Master's Degree Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field. Upon hire: Washington Mental Health Counselor License.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
