The LPN provides direct patient care and implements nursing plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include providing treatments, documenting services, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure positive end-of-life outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program with at least three years of nursing experience. Experience in community health, hospice, or medical/surgical nursing is preferred.
This a full-time position working four 10-hour days and every other Saturday.
This position will cover the north and east sides of Indianapolis.
