The ARNP is responsible for the overall medical and psychiatric monitoring of clients and the delivery of clinical services. This includes performing assessments, managing medications, and supervising the clinical team and treatment policies.
Candidates must be a licensed ARNP in good standing with CPR certification and previous experience providing medical services. A minimum of 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations and sexual minorities is required.

New hires for this position typically start between $116,288 and $155,051 annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you'll do
Serving as a member of PHS Behavioral Health treatment team, the ARNP has overall Medical and/or Psychiatric responsibility for monitoring client’s treatment and staff delivery of clinical services. The ARNP provides medical and/or psychiatric assessments, medication management and treatment; clinical supervision, education and training of the team; and development; maintenance, and supervision of medication and medical treatment policies and procedures
