$40,001 - $43,001 / YEAR
Provides essential services and monthly monitoring for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in community settings. Ensures compliance with Federal Home and Community Based Waiver regulations and state policy guidelines.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field or a valid Oklahoma nursing license. Candidates must have one to two years of professional experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
This position is located in Enid, Oklahoma.
Travel is extensive. Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.
Minimum Qualifications: All New Employees will complete the Case Manager Academy Training Program
