  • Summary: The Occupational Therapist (OT) evaluates participants’ cognitive, physical, psychosocial, and perceptual functioning to promote independence and maximize participation in meaningful daily activities. The OT develops and implements individualized treatment plans designed to enhance functional performance, improve quality of life, and support participants in maintaining the highest level of independence within the PACE model of care.

  • Experience: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required. Current unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice required. Current NBCOT certification preferred. Current CPR certification required. Minimum one (1) year of clinical experience preferred; geriatric, rehabilitative, or PACE experience strongly preferred.

Requirements

Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and a current unrestricted state license, along with CPR certification. A minimum of one year of clinical experience, particularly in geriatrics or PACE, is preferred.
