The Occupational Therapist evaluates participants' cognitive, physical, and psychosocial functioning to promote independence in daily activities. They develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance quality of life within the PACE model of care.
Requires a degree in Occupational Therapy and a current unrestricted state license, along with CPR certification. NBCOT certification and at least one year of clinical experience, particularly in geriatrics or PACE, are preferred.
