Diagnose and treat oral conditions and pathology while promoting individual and population health. Supervise professional activities of dental assistants and hygienists within a team-oriented primary healthcare environment.
Requires completion of dental school, internship, and residency, with eligibility for Vermont state licensing. Board certification is strongly recommended along with the ability to manage patient care and utilize digital EHR systems.

CHCRR Dentist will diagnose and treat Oral conditions and pathology. Additionally, they will actively promote individual and population health. A sensibility for health maintenance and illness prevention is expected.

CHCRR Dentists will work in a team environment. In this context, Dentists will be assigned responsibility for organizing, coordinating and supervising the professional activities of associated healthcare workers such as Dental Assistants, and Dental Hygienists. Good business sense is an asset.
