• Job
• Duties: Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Accompany clients on outings, shopping, and errands Medication reminders (non-medical) Ambulation assistance and safe client transfers Follow individualized care plans Complete required documentation and charting accurately

Qualifications

Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (If not registered, we can guide you through the process) Prior caregiving experience preferred Negative TB test or chest X-ray Access to a mobile phone Ability to travel within Contra Costa and Alameda Counties Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation Why Caregivers Choose Qualicare
