Provide essential personal care and support to help clients age in place while maintaining their independence and dignity. Work collaboratively within a team to follow specific care plans for individuals with medical conditions.
Candidates must have a Home Care Aide Certification and previous experience as a caregiver. A high school diploma and certifications in CPR and First Aid are preferred.

Home Care Aide Certification High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role required Memory Care experience a plus Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
