Provide personalized client care and hygiene assistance according to a specific Plan of Care. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and the safe operation of a Hoyer lift for patient transfers.
Candidates must hold a current CNA or HHA certification and be CPR/First Aid certified. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and transfer patients and a valid 2-step PPD test.
