Available Shifts We offer flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability, including: Morning shifts Day shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Short visits Extended shifts Weekday and weekend availability Positions are available throughout New Albany and the surrounding communities. • Assistant, you may help clients with: Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance Mobility and transfer support Fall prevention and safety supervision Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Transportation to appointments, errands, or community activities Companionship and conversation Reporting changes in client condition to the office team Your work helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must be able to communicate clearly in English Must be able to lift, push, pull, or move up to 25 pounds independently Must be dependable, professional, and compassionate Must be able to pass required pre-employment screenings Valid driver's license and current auto insurance preferred

Preferred Qualifications

The following are preferred but not required: High school diploma or GED Previous experience as a caregiver, personal care assistant, home health aide, CNA, direct support professional, or assisted living aide Age 21 or older Experience supporting seniors or adults with disabilities Pre-Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon completion of required pre-employment screenings, which may include: Criminal background check Drug screening Verification of required employment documents Other screenings required by company policy, payor requirements, or applicable law
