The Substance Use Counselor provides compassionate individual and group counseling to patients recovering from opioid use disorder. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and managing patient care documentation.
Requires an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience, a Bachelor's with 1 year, or a Master's degree in a social or health services field. Preferred candidates have experience in addiction recovery and familiarity with MAT and evidence-based practices.
