Safely and accurately dispense medications under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Document medication administration in compliance with state and agency guidelines.
Monitor individuals for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns to nursing staff.
Maintain secure storage and handling of medications.
Assist with refills, inventory, and communication with pharmacies as needed.
