Perform authorization review and entry for HCBS services using Virginia-specific criteria. Coordinate with providers, Care Managers, and Medical Directors to assess and expedite patient care needs.
Requires an active, unrestricted RN license and at least 3 years of acute care experience. Candidates must reside in Virginia and have experience in utilization management and managed care.
Unrestricted, active RN license 3+ years of RN experience in an acute setting Utilization management, prior authorization, and case management experience Managed care experience Ability to create, edit, save and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word. Ability to navigate a Windows environment, Microsoft Outlook, and conduct Internet searches Reside within Virginia
