• Location: Maryland Job Summary This position centers on relational therapy delivered through telehealth. You will work with individuals, couples, and families while providing supervision to associate therapists. The role prioritizes clinical clarity, thoughtful interventions, and long-term relational outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide virtual therapy using systems-based approaches Supervise associate marriage and family therapists Review session notes and treatment plans Monitor client progress across relational goals Maintain compliance with Maryland MFT standards Active Maryland LCMFT license Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy Experience supervising or mentoring clinicians Strong understanding of family systems models Organized and reliable remote work habits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401(k) with 3% company match If relational work is where you do your best thinking, this role offers the space to do it well.
