RN and Rad Tech Fellowship Program: A Transition-to-Practice Program
Memorial Hermann Health System realizes that Rad Techs are diverse and part of their professional growth, development and interest is learning new areas of clinical practice. This Program was created to provide a structured, comprehensive path for currently licensed, Rad Techs to learn and train to deliver quality care in a new specialty practice area. The Fellowship Program provides a structured framework in which rad techs learn and professionally develop to deliver quality care in a new specialty.
The Memorial Hermann RN & Rad Tech Fellowship Program is the preferred track for RNs and Rad Techs transitioning to a new specialty area (considered new to practice).

Cath Lab positions in the Memorial Hermann Fellowship Program are only available at the below locations for the Summer 2026 cohort:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology school and a Registered Radiology Technologist (ARRT-R). Requires a current Texas Medical Board (MRT) license and certification in Basic or Advanced Life Support.
