Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop goal-oriented treatment programs to optimize patient health and functioning. Coordinate care with team members and maintain detailed documentation according to organizational standards.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Washington state license and BLS certification. A Master's degree and experience in outpatient or hand therapy are preferred.
Provide comprehensive evaluation of assigned patients condition and develop goal-oriented treatment programs designed to bring the patient to a normal or optimum state of health and functioning. Follows evidence-based evaluation and treatment strategies. Provide and document a course of treatment. Delivers care that meets or exceeds service excellence. Communicates and coordinates the patients care with other team members May require local travel.
Two (2) years experience in an outpatient setting. Hand therapy experience. Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
