Provide intake, assessment, and evidence-based counseling services for children, adults, and families impacted by trauma. Coordinate with community resources and the Resiliency Center to ensure comprehensive support and stability for clients.
Requires a Master's degree in Social Work and an active State of Michigan licensure (LMSW or LLMSW). Must have clinical experience providing therapy to clients with trauma.
Clinical Trauma Therapist (LMSW or LLMSW)
The Clinical Therapist provides intake, assessment, and counseling services for children, adults, and families using evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This position supports clients through individualized treatment planning, community resource coordination, crisis support, and ongoing case documentation while promoting emotional wellness, resilience, and stability. The therapist works collaboratively with internal staff, psychiatrists, the Resiliency Center, and community partners to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care in both telehealth and in-person settings. Approximately 50% of the caseload will include community members directly impacted by the Temple Israel attack.
