Gallagher Home Health Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide personalized care to patients in their homes across New Kensington/Lower Burrell and the surrounding areas.

Evaluate and assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide direct occupational therapy services to home health patients with neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and cardio-pulmonary impairments, fine motor, sensory-motor, developmental delays, traumatic injuries, and swallowing disorders.
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania. Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. A valid PA driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle for travel. Ability to work independently and manage patient care with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
