Provide direct support to the patient care team by utilizing behavioral interventions and medical skills to ensure a safe therapeutic environment. Responsibilities include monitoring patient behavior, assisting with activities of daily living, and responding to emergency behavioral situations.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with education ranging from a high school diploma to an associate degree depending on the level. Required certifications include BLS and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI), with experience requirements varying from 0 to 5+ years.
