Job description

We are looking for 1 personal support staff to fulfill the shifts below, In this role you will be providing personal support and companion services to a young woman with developmental disabilities in the USF Tampa area. This young lady loves to engage in various activities, making arts and crafts, and forming new friendships in the community. Light cleaning assistance and cooking will be required.\n\nThis consumer has a Job, and her schedule varies; staff will need to transport the consumer to and from work, staff will need to transport consumer out into the community for activities such as : Bowling, Movies, Park etc.\n\nSHIFTS OPEN:\nSaturday- 11:30am-7:30pm (8 hours)\nSunday- 10am-7:30pm (9.5 hours)\ntotal of: 17.5 hours/week\n\nREQUIRED\nStaff must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.\n***Daily documentation is needed for each shift****\n2 years of caregiving experience is a MUST\nREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS\n*CPR/FIRST AID\n*Medication Administration Cert\n**TRAIN.ORG COURSES (HIPAA, Zero tolerance, Direct care core comp, HIV/AIDS)\n*** Final Hiring decision is based on initial meet and greet with the client and their family***
