What We Offer

Starting pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour $1.00 per hour overnight shift differential (11pm-7am) Paid training in CPR, First Aid, Mandt, and more Flexible schedules to fit your life, including full-time, part-time, and relief shifts Entry-level friendly. No experience needed. We hire motivated people with a strong work ethic, including high school graduates and those new to the field. Be at least 17 years old Pass a background check and drug screening (as required by Montana state law) Communicate clearly in English, including using basic electronic systems Experience in caregiving or support work is welcome, but not required
