We are currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider, serving local skilled nursing facilities within a close-knit, mission-driven care community. • Advanced Practice Providers must hold an active U.S. license and be board-certified by ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN (for Nurse Practitioners), or by NCCPA (for Physician Assistants).
