• Program: Our ANCC - accredited Nurse Residency Program is designed just for you - created to support a smooth transition from student to practicing nurse through hands on experience, mentorship, and a strong support system. We're also proud to be the only health system in West Michigan with an accredited transition to practice program, setting you up for success from day one.

• Need: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least 600 clinical hours in an acute care setting BSN Required, If not in a BSN program you must enroll into a program within 6 months of starting employment and complete within 4 years. Active Michigan RN license at the start of the cohort.
