Provide direct clinical behavioral health and substance use services to patients across all age groups through various therapy modalities. Responsibilities include developing person-centered care plans, coordinating aftercare services, and collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
Requires a Master's degree in behavioral health or human services and current independent licensure (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LCADC) in Kentucky. Must hold BLS certification and be able to complete CPI training.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will facilitate an exceptional staff centered support experience by providing individual counseling, group facilitation, crisis response, structured debriefing, education opportunities, and assessment, in the Employee Health & Wellness office, and other dynamic and collaborative support settings. Provide direct clinical intervention to support UofL Hospital staff members Perform diagnostic evaluations, interviews and acute crisis response Responsible for supporting an infrastructure of behavioral health access and wellness to UofL Hospital staff Develop staff centered treatment plans and interventions based on research, clinical experience, and client histories Coordinate therapeutic and wellness initiatives with facility leadership Review and evaluate progress in relation to measurable goals described in treatment and care plans. Responsible for timely, accurate and complete clinical notation (when applicable) in the electronic medical record. Completes and maintains all required components of data tracking to ensure proper evaluation and reporting of individual, group, and crisis response interventions. Respond to emergency calls, during established working hours, from direct care staff and leadership. Attend weekly clinical meetings with Employee Support & Wellness Manager. Additional Job Description: Education: Master’s degree in social work (required) or counseling related field Experience: 2 years direct patient care in an outpatient psychiatric setting (required) 5 years or more of direct patient care in an outpatient psychiatric setting conducting psychiatric assessments(preferred) Licensure: Current licensure in State of Kentucky as either a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) (required) or LPCC UofL Health is a fully integrated regional academic health system with nine hospitals, four medical centers, Brown Cancer Center, Eye Institute, nearly 200 physician practice locations and more than 1,000 providers in Louisville and the surrounding counties, including southern Indiana.
