Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and other therapeutic modalities, relapse prevention Collaborate with psychiatric providers and multidisciplinary team members Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Participate in treatment planning and coordination of care Deliver high-quality services through both in-person and telehealth platforms

Qualifications

Required Active Connecticut license as an LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LMFTA, or LADC Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Preferred Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities Experience working with diverse populations and culturally responsive care Bilingual clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply Who Thrives Here?
