Provide therapy to patients using evidence-based practices to ensure rapid access to mental health care. Evaluate and treat patients while encouraging their active participation in ongoing care decisions.
Requires clinical knowledge of mental health issues and a demonstrated ability to perform diagnostic assessments. Candidates must possess strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to build trust with patients.
Responsible for providing therapy to patients in need of mental health services with rapid access to care through models of engagement and delivery of evidence based practices. Participates in the evaluation and treatment of patients while working towards encouraging participation with ongoing mental health care decisions and services as appropriate.
