About the Role: As a Professional Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support to clients in:

Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Tega Cay, Indian Land, and Lancaster

This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, caring, and want to make a real impact in their community during evening and weekend hours.

• Pay & schedule
• $15–$18/hour
• Paid bi-weekly
• Daily pay option available
• Evening, overnight and weekend shifts available
• 1.5x pay for holiday shifts
• Premium pay for select shifts
• Automatic $1 raise after your first year

• What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical only)
• Accompany clients to appointments and errands (when authorized)
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care
• Use company systems for scheduling and communication during shifts

• What we’re looking for (Requirements)
• No experience required — we will train the right person
• Must be 18 or older
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with mobility and transfers
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Must have a reliable smartphone for work applications
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Hours are based on client needs and are not guaranteed
