• Experience in Oncology, Hospice, or Long‑Term Care.

• Recent clinical experience (within the last 3 years) in a Medicare‑certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility performing intermittent visits and case management.

• Required: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, or equivalent education/experience.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
