Damar is looking for a talented and motivated Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician with a big heart to join us.
The Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician is responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for assigned clients.
In addition, Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinician will provide individual and family therapy and other support services to assigned clients while assisting the treatment team, in the evaluation of clinical services.

Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or applicable discipline preferred LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT required A minimum of 1 year of social work or counseling experience.
Experience working with children with challenging behaviors, developmental and/or emotional disabilities is desired Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving) Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions Successfully complete a pre-employment physical Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening #DSClinicians
