As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you’ll bring expert care directly to patients where they feel most comfortable—their homes.
You’ll work one-on-one with individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or managing chronic conditions, making a real and lasting impact every single day.

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current and valid licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant in New Mexico.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Reliable transportation to visit patients in their homes.
