Minimum Qualifications

The following qualifications, or equivalents, are the minimum requirements necessary to perform the essential functions of this job: Education and Formal Training: Associates Degree in Nursing required Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred Current licensure in North Carolina as a Registered Nurse or Compact state licensure Unit Description: 3PST (Patient Service Tower) is a 20-bed cardiac step-down unit with all private rooms. Our patients include Adult and Geriatric patients. Our Care team consists of a team that provides safe quality care: Registered Nurses, Certified Nurse Assistants, Unit Clerks, Resource Nurses, Care Coordinators, Clinical Educator (CE) and Patient Care Manager (PCM). Our PCM and CE are available to support our clinical needs with access to education, resources, guidelines, and protocols. Our electronic medical record is EPIC. We offer flexible scheduling within schedule guidelines and Weekend option.
