$35 - $40 / HOUR
Provide skilled nursing care within interdisciplinary teams to adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include medication management, primary care coordination, and conducting clinical assessments in residential settings.
Must hold a current Utah RN license, be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license, and possess CPR/First Aid certification. Experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and working with serious mental illness is preferred.

Ballington House — Co-Occurring Program Ballington House serves adults experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, with a mission of empowering individuals to reclaim their lives and build lasting recovery. The nursing role here operates within a multidisciplinary team that includes an APRN, Medical Assistant, and clinical staff, with a strong emphasis on medication management, primary care coordination, and client education.
Creekside Stabilization — Subacute Care Program Creekside is a new subacute stabilization program providing short-term residential support to individuals in acute psychiatric and substance use crises. Nursing here is fast-paced and clinically intensive, involving 12-hour shifts in a residential treatment center environment. The RN works in close partnership with the APRN to deliver medical services and support safe stabilization and transition planning.
Physical Demands This role requires the ability to move throughout a residential treatment center environment for extended periods, including 12-hour shifts at the Creekside location. Extended computer use is also required.
